Why I write this blog
For sure, I do not like writing my experience on blog or diary or whatever. But then since several months ago some colleague start coming and asking where they can have their 'cheap' but 'quality' holiday without going to the mall then I realize that I do have hobby and experience that may be share to the people around me.
Then I realize that I like traveling to interesting and new places, fortunately my wife either. Almost 10 years I dump this hobby since we have 2 very lovely kidz Nathan and Natasha and we are very busy with them, now they become bigger and stronger so that we may bring them and introduce them to this hobby, so they won't become very city-kidz that always going from one mall to other mall in Jakarta.
I still remember that first time we brought our elder kid to the beach just to give him first experience to step on the beach sands. We did it in Pantai Carita Anyer while he was 5 months old. Secondly, few years ago suddenly I got an idea to bring our kidz to museum then we start visiting every museum in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, I choose to visit Fresh-water Aquarium since Nathan has special interest in Fish! We drive him slowly to more serious things like reading every article in the front of Aquarium, first time reading only,
We do not force him to understand what he was reading on the board, let him explore by himself. Then, he start asking what is this, what is that, how & why and so on. Once the elder brother did, the younger sister will follow, so we do not have
To put special effort on the younger one.
Then ......... the wheel start rolling, we keep visiting new places and most of the places should have something that may be learn, such as Waterfalls, Crates, Lakes & Lagoons even once we went to Deer Sanctuary .... Surprisingly..... Most of those places are not far enough from JAKARTA.
So, I decided to log these places in this blog to share with you.
